We operate a Quality Management System in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:2000 against which our standards are regularly measured. The Guarding Gold Accreditation is the highest award given by the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) and Octaga achieved this in July 2005. The NSI works on behalf of the police, fire services and customers by insisting on the highest standards and operating the toughest inspection regime.
The British Security Industry Association (BSIA) is the professional trade association for the security industry in the UK. It places rigorous requirements on companies wishing to become members. The Security Industry Authority (SIA) is the government body that manages the licensing of the private security industry and promotes best practice. Octaga has a BTEC approved Training Centre recognised by the SIA to run courses specific to its licensing.
