We understand that, in many instances, we act as the first contact your own clients or visitors have with your organisation –  and you are assured that our site officers integrate into your environment. We encourage proactivity and offer additional training on a regular basis to maintain motivation. Regardless of your level of need for security, you must have confidence in the quality of personnel guarding your premises, assets or personal welfare  – in the quality of the Octaga service.

Octaga has shown its commitment to creating and maintaining the highest standards in the industry by achieving NSI Guarding Gold and ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management accreditations. Our Screening and Vetting process ensures that you are provided with quality personnel committed to delivering the level of service you require.  Recruitment is based around background (ex Forces etc), relevant, recent experience and suitability for the role. Octaga Security Officers are SIA Licensed for all relevant activity.

In considering your requirements we develop a shift system that meets your needs as well as reducing the potential fatigue on officers taking via the proposed EU Working Time Directive. All of your Security Officers are trained for both days and nights and we create a special pool of site trained officers to cover any holidays and absence

Octaga employs a Continuous Improvement System, as naturally procedures may need to change with time. In keeping with our Quality Management System we guarantee to implement any changes to improve performance as a matter of priority.
