Octaga recognise that our employees are our key assets and quite often are the first point of contact people see when visiting our clients premises.
They are at the frontline and trusted security officers ensuring excellent service delivery.

Octaga is entrusted to protect client’s premises, assets, people and interests, ensuring continuity and security against compromise, it is therefore vital that our staff are suitably trained for the roles and tasks undertaken. A testament to this philosophy is our longstanding established relationships we have with our clients.

Octaga has always gone above and beyond industry standards to ensure our employees have more than enough tools to equip them to carry out their tasks in a professional and capable manner and have the ability to respond to situations that sometimes could otherwise be more than testing.

Our trainers come from varied backgrounds with authentic experience of challenging environments. Our aim is to exceed all minimal requirements. Since incorporation Octaga has been a strong advocate of continued professional development to consciously better the standards within the Security Industry.

Our trainers have served in remote and hostile environments. They have gained a vast amount of experience of working with Government, Corporate and Private family estates.

Within our Head Office in Hereford, we have a dedicated QNUK training facility to deliver our accredited courses.

Training can also be conducted at additional suitably-equipped locations or within one of our selected training locations.
